Chapter one

It started with our own holidays.

Before Flip To Trip existed, travel was something we planned for ourselves.

Over the years, we travelled across 15+ countries, planning each holiday around what we actually enjoyed.

  • Some trips were slow.
  • Some were adventurous.
  • Some were about food.
  • Some were about nature.
  • Some were simply about spending good time together.

We didn’t follow someone else’s idea of the perfect holiday.

We built each one around us.

And somewhere along the way, we realised:

The destination doesn’t make a holiday yours.

Every line starts from home in Bengaluru.

Chapter two

Hi, I’m Akhila.

I’ve always enjoyed the part of travel that happens before you leave: finding the right route, choosing the right stay and putting all the pieces together.

After years of planning holidays for myself and my family, I decided to turn that passion into Flip To Trip.

Today, I get to do the same for other travellers.
