No, you can book a trip without creating an account, but creating an account allows you to easily manage your bookings and receive special offers and promotions.

You can check the status of your booking by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Once you complete the booking process and make the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from Flip to Trip. This email will contain all the details of your booking, including the booking reference number. If you can’t find your desired destination on our website, don’t worry. We are constantly updating our destinations list, and we may be able to provide you with a customized travel package that fits your needs.   1. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  2. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  3. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  4. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
